  Had a very pleasant shopping experience at the Midlothian LaZBoy store. Donna, our sales person, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, we enjoyed working with her. Just a great experience. The week before we went to the Short Pump store - the sales person trying to help us was new and had lots of questions. The other ladies working in the store had an attitude and were not helpful. Made for an unpleasant experience- which is why we went to a different store.

  Chris is the BEST! As is the store manager. We sat in our brand new rocker- recliner the night of delivery. AWFUL squeak as I barely rock. I called the store the next day, they had me call "service". I was giving June 15 as the FIRST available day! SIX WEEKS before anyone can come out for service on a new delivery. Needless to say, we are NOT happy. It took 5 weeks for delivery, as it was leather, which wasn't an issue BUT...SIX weeks for service. Was hoping the "squeak" would work itself out, 2 wks in...still quaking. Hopefully, the sofa we ordered won't be an issue! Seems once an item is sold, the store can't do anything in reference to service, it's a 3rd party. Go figure. I told the store manager and sent video of the annoying sound. She is in agreement that their repair, service is ridiculous and apologized. We ordered a new (different style), rocker-recliner. I ask to waive the "restocking" fee, she agreed. Now, it's another 5 week as we wait...Sofa being delivered this wkend. Disappointed with the 3rd party service. Too bad Lazboy hands are tied. Perhaps they shld hire their own. We've always been Lazboy fans.

  Donna is AMAZING! Rachel is too. I dashed in to grab my fabric I ordered and mentioned I needed more color in my room and Donna sprung into action v even though she wasn’t my salesperson. They had some great clearance pillows and throw blankets which were a better deal than TJ max. Check it out and ask for Donna/ Rachel( in house decorator)

  We were just starting out shopping for new furniture with the idea of completely redesigning our reliving room, and we just happened to see the La-Z-Boy show room on Midlothian Tpk. We had already made up our mind that a recliner love seat would be the centerpiece if our new living room, so we figured this would he a good place to start. We were greeted by Sharron, who was wonderful, friendly, and so helpful. She gave us a good education on all things recliner and the history and advantages of La-Z-Boy recliners. She showed us all the offerings , and soon found the recliner of our dreams. Then we told her our plan to redesign a room around the recliner, and she told us about their free design program that starts with a home visit with the designer. Our designer Rachel was amazing she was so talented, and easy to work with and was able to help us creat the living room we wanted, right from the home visit to the delivery and set up, she was there every step of the way. We absolutely love our new recliner, tables, lamps, rugs, and we absolutely loved our no pressure shopping, and design experience.
