  We purchased a recliner at this store last year for my husband and had a very positive experience. I've been wanting one for myself and with the 30% off sale in July and free delivery I made the leap. I visited the store several times to consider which fabric I wanted after Kellen initially showed me a variety of chairs. (Never thought I would get a power operated chair but after trying out the Belmont with all of its adjustable features that was that.) Though she had not been working at the store for very long Kellen was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also enjoy how well the store is set up and how attractive it is. So I picked my chair and my fabric and placed the order and now I just have to wait a few weeks for my custom made very first recliner to be delivered. I am so looking forward to it!

  We have been loyal buyers and a fan of your furniture for years. My most current transaction was very disturbing. We were shopping for a reclining rocker for a granddaughter having her first baby. This is something we had done for her sister a few years ago. We went on line for a purchase that could be delivered to her in NC. We live in Richmond Va. The chair on line had a 4th July sale taking the price from $799 down to $399. We were so excited! I called the Greensboro store to purchase and set up delivery to her in that area. I was told several times the chair was not on sale at their store or any store. It went back and forth and we finally placed an order. An unknown mishap at our credit union declined the transaction. At that point I was willing to purchase the chair in the Richmond store and take it to her in NC at the sales price. Long store short-I was connected with Kellin in the Midlothian store in Richmond. She took charge and completed the transaction at the $399.00 sale price. The delivery is required to be in Richmond Va. and we will have to take it ourselves to her in NC. I am 84 years old-my husband is 88 years old. This delivery will be a hardship on us that I am not happy about. I’m sure our granddaughter would come get the chair in Va but we wanted this to be a surprise at her baby shower. Our purchase was completed in the Richmond Store and we are awaiting delivery of the chair to our house in Chesterfield Cty. Getting the chair to her in NC is still a problem that has fallen back on us that will be another hardship. This is no way a loyal customer should be treated. I have always been treated as a valued customer but this transaction has certainly affected that. I felt belittled by your Greensboro Store and grateful that Kellin worked with us and we want to recognize her. We also have another grandchild coming in Nov and we will be looking for another “first time mom “ rocking chair. We will see how that goes-this has been a very bad experience.   Excellent customer service. The Lay-Z-boy Designer came out to our home to measure our living room and review sofa options along with fabric swatches. She did an amazing job. Very detailed. She made the process enjoyable and easy. Highly recommend the Lay-Z-boy furniture store on Midlothian.

  This was the second time we have purchased recliners from the La-Z-Boy store in Midlothian, VA. Their sales staff are knowledgeable, and their delivery is fast and efficient. The recliners we purchased are of exceptional quality and are so comfortable. We highly recommend La-Z-Boy products and the Midlothian VA store.
