I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage, especially with their after-hours customer service. I needed assistance on a Sunday evening when the local office was already closed, and I was pleasantly surprised that their national customer service team was available until 10 p.m.
The agent was extremely helpful and was able to assist me remotely so I could move into my unit even though the office was closed. I also appreciated the flexibility of knowing that if the unit I selected didn’t meet my needs, I could pivot to a different unit with assistance.
The entire process was convenient, flexible, and much easier than I expected—especially for a Sunday after normal business hours. Having access to a knowledgeable person who could actually resolve issues rather than simply telling me to call back when the office opened made a huge difference.
Excellent customer service and a very smooth move-in experience. Highly recommend!

This is our second time using this storage unit. We were excited to have had such a great experience the first time that when we needed another rental, there was no question where we were going.
