I needed storage quickly for a time between one home and the next for some items and William knew exactly what to ask to help me figure out how much space I really needed. He was very pleasant and professional from the beginning to the end! I closed out my unit today and once again he proved himself to be proficient and reliable when I needed a hand. I’ve had a unit at Extra Space Storage in Midlothian for about a year. When I first signed up, my rate was $114 per month, which felt reasonable for the space. Since then, it has increased to $174, which is a huge jump in a short amount of time.
While the facility itself is generally well maintained, this kind of price increase makes it difficult to justify staying. A nearly 40% increase in 1 year feels excessive and disappointing for long-term customers.

William and the Midlothian staff have been great! He has done a good job of walking me through the process and made my move in day easier. This is the first time I’ve rented a climate controlled unit. I was surprised how warm it was inside the facility, so I’m not sure if that is normal. Otherwise, so far, so good.
