  Tuesday May 5 I called to see if they had a certain product in stock. The number takes you to a different location and was told they would have to call the location I wanted to check and see. Told me they would call back in 5 minutes. It is now Tuesday May 12 and haven’t heard anything back.

  Very nice man easy to do business with with very good prices. Very personable knew a lot about the mulch and help me figure out which one would be best for me and my yard. I would suggest anybody to come here to get a bucket load dropped in their truck or trailer. It's also very nice that they have a loop so you don't have to try to turn around you can just drive around the whole entire house and come out on the other end.

  There is a calendar online that allows you to choose the date for delivery. Don't rely on that calendar because most often the delivery will not happen on the date you choose, and they offer no communication to inform you of delays. They need to cut off deliveries to a certain number per day instead of misleading people. I also don't think they gave me the number of tons that I paid for. How can I possibly tell with that "little" truck they use. It's hard to trust these companies anymore.

  Very good mulch quality, great pricing(no delivery fees). Probably I paid same $ for black mulch (2lb bag) as the brown mulch ( 3lb) bag.

  I purchased #57 gravel from this company and was disappointed with the quality. The material contained a significant amount of smaller, pebble-sized rock that did not match what I expected for #57. I reached out via both email and phone to address the issue but did not receive any response. I understand that issues can happen, but the lack of follow-up and customer service is what stands out most. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to purchase from them again.
