I could write a 5🌟 review for McLean Hardware every time I go there. I know, without a doubt, they have what I’m looking for. That often includes some education. Today I’m writing to give a compliment about one of your incredible staff members. NICK! He was so patient, listened to my description of what I was trying to do and he showed me, checked each item and explained how to use and what to expect. Nick is customer service at its finest.

My favorite lamp was broken in a way I did not understand, so I brought the whole thing in. Immediately was helped by Les who was very kind and knowledgeable about the issue. He gave us the solutions and all the next steps while explaining all parts. Was really helpful to have someone who was willing to invest their time in teaching me and fixing the problem!

They went above and beyond by - at no cost - helping me repair defective bed frame I purchased from an online retailer. The store is also well-stocked, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
