- DFDarrell FulcherMay 6, 20261.0Military discount is BS,only applies to low dollar 💵 items, Corp Greed has ruined it. Veterans do have a personal parking space on the positive. I found the lumber I needed from a local store nearby $350 cheaper than Lowe's and better quality. I've basically boycott them, unless, it's a sale or emergency needs. Basically I can get 10% on a $4 item. 4 cents but cannot get a discount on high dollar items like a washer or dryer. Also if you have problems with appliances, they don't take responsibility anymore, refer you to the manufacturer. I could write a book, on the BS, just scratched surface. Last but not least. I've called, left messages, email about situations I want someone in management to address. Crickets 🦗 tells me all I need to know where my concerns and business is welcome.

The AI assistant is not working, can't answer any of my questions and I can't speak to anyone about anything at all. This has been going on for at least a week that I know of. It is impossible to actually speak to a person over the phone. I don't live in town, so I need to speak to a human-any human at all-before I drive there.

I payed for same day delivery and they gave me a supposed refund that didn’t even cover the cost of the delivery. It was also a gift card so they get the money back anyway. The AI software that answers the phone is terrible and whoever made it should be fired and never allowed around computer software again. Also the lumber there is made from curved trees. Terrible place to shop at.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
