  We have been VIP members for years and are frequent large purchasers. Today we purchased 3 hostas from their VERY limited native plant section, left, and then decided to return for 3 more. When we came back we were immediately accosted by two workers, who publicly "shamed" us for "buying plants that had already been purchased." The hostas we took were in the middle of the Native Plant section, were not set aside and were not marked as sold. It is ridiculous to leave someone's purchased plants in the middle of a gravel area where all other plants are for sale with the price tags still on them on a cart which advertised them as for sale. Absolutely ridiculous. I cannot imagine what would compel a professional, working adult to react such a way to a returning customer who clearly did not purchase the hostas maliciously. We will not be returning and will no longer recommend their services. I will not be treated like a villain on a sunday morning because I honestly purchased plants that were advertised as for sale. Management should have accepted responsibility for THEIR error and rectified it professionally.

  First time visiting and prices are phenomenal. They offer veterans discounts .We are able to get 5 plants cheaper than our local nursery .We will definitely be going back

  Idek if I can fit the amount of disappointment and disgust I have with these place in this review.. over 20 years my family has been coming here and I have for 12 myself. Within the last 9 or so years it has gone down hill and steady.. I tried so hard to keep giving the local shop our business but I'm no longer going to attempt to do so. I'll focus on this years issue, everything else is water under the bridge.. For THREE months, I've been contacting this guy (Trey?) The "manager" who helped me very quickly in identifying what grasses I was looking for but, absolutely fumbled in the attempt of 1. Keeping my contact info (I've had to call myself 3 times, once a month, to check in and yet again provide my info.) Funny thing too, he actually remembered me. 2. Attempting to follow up or ACTUALLY PLACE THE ORDER! I offered to pay, upfront, no questions, not even seeing the plant. Just to get them. ... nope, I got the "I'll get em ordered for ya" THREE. FULL. MONTHS. IN A ROW. 3. Today when I arrived due to my grandmother giving up on the grass idea she had I arrived to possibly purchase azaleas. (I had 7 picked out in the larger size, apprx. $94 a plant before the little 20% discount. AT MINIMUM, you had nearly a dozen of employees unloading a truck at around 1pm today, and or standing around talking amongst them selves. Not ONE employee asked if we needed help. Oh, and not to mention the many many manyyyy plants and trees that were thrown by wind, underwatered or on the verge of death, getting no attention due to your own employees social desires amongst themselves. Hell, even I pick up your trees when I walk through your lot just out of respect. MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, within the revolving door of other employees you have, you can find someone to maintain customer relations, experience, and expections. I've worked sales for over 10 years. And I'm just going to say, I'm truly appalled at these last few experiences. Also, I found the azaleas I was going to buy from you guys at half the price and still made the attempt. To Lowe's I shall go!
