Worst Customer service spent $2000 on hardwood flooring, they just to bring it out and leave it outside and everyone disappear when I was ready to load on the truck.

I came in to pick up my online order. It wasn’t ready yet but we had driven a bit to come. The girl working the returns customer service desk, I can’t remember her name was so nice. She asked for someone to assist me to pick it up in the back. Connor went above and beyond to help me get my order so we wouldn’t have to come dry back another day. They both made my day and were so kind and provided great customer service. Thank you both!

If I could give no stars...
I will never shop at Lowe's again.
I paid $500 for installation service to have exterior lights installed at my home. After five months of calling installation services AND going into the store asking for help (and them having me call another number), I finally asked for a refund. They wanted me to sign an NDA in order to get my refund. I told them they had not conducted any service, so I wasn't signing anything. I simply wanted my money back for the installation. After a year, hours upon hours in the store and on the phone asking for help, I have gotten nothing but the run-around from Lowe's. They took my $500 and ran. And no one in the Lowe's organization has been of any help to get this resolved for me.

Thank you Yanni! From the Manassas, Va location. I was looking for color card in the paint department and couldnt find it. Yanni looked it up in the database, got the number and helped looked for it but we could not find it. Come to find out valspar had discontinued the color, but he still offered to make me a sample. He assisted in finding other color cards that I needed for a huge home renovation. He showed me different paints for cabinets and provided general guidance of the store and where I could find certain things. Even walked me to it. Which wasn't necessary but he did it anyway.
Cool guy and I enjoyed his assistance and kept a smile on his face while doing so. Thanks again Yanni!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
