He has great customer service skills and was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend this store.
- KBKim BynakerJun 16, 20261.0The worst service I have ever experienced. I went in as a first time pool owner had my pool water tested. I was told i had to wait to speak to James. I was very patient even though 3 customers had come in after me, James helped b4 me. When James finally did come over he was very rude, told me he would have to help other customers first, I am sorry what was I (not a customer) and acted like he didn't care if he made a new customer or not. I took my water test and left. I will definitely never go back there again. I do have to say the young gentleman testing my water (whom James called a rookie) was very nice. He should be the manager not James. That guy has customer skills James needs a class on customer skills.
