  The team did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. They scraped and marred the side wall by the dryer and did not tell me. The whole laundry room had been newly painted 8 months ago. It's on me that I didn't check my laundry room before they left, but they had the chance to tell me and didn't. I only saw it at night after business hours. Accidents happen, but at least own up to it! I find that they didn't tell me to be deceptive and disappointing. I won't be using this company for future duct cleaning work.

  Duct cleaning service as well as dryer vent cleaning was provided as scheduled. The guys were knowledgeable, skilled and thorough. They were on time, shown where everything was and went to work right away. I was impressed with their procedures and attention to detail. When they were finished they cleaned up and asked if I had any questions. I will definitely use their services in the future. Thanks!

  I’m rating this 3 stars because Crystal Clean did ultimately return and complete the work, and the follow-up technician was helpful. However, I’m taking off two stars because the original service required two additional visits to complete. After the first cleaning, the exhaust fan vents still needed to be redone, which required a second visit. The dryer vent/lint-trap area also appeared not to have been completed, and during the third visit the technician acknowledged that the dryer area had been skipped/not done during the original appointment. I also received a receipt labeling the final return as a “30 day warranty visit,” but in my view this was not a warranty issue; it was completion of work that had not been done during the original paid service. I was also confused that the technicians did not arrive in a clearly marked Crystal Clean logo truck, and I did not receive before-and-after photos or camera verification as expected based on the company’s website. Given that multiple areas required follow-up visits, the lack of photo/camera verification made it harder to feel confident that the work had been completed properly the first time. I appreciate that the company came back to address the issues, but I was disappointed that multiple parts of the service I paid for were not fully completed during the original appointment. After the three visits, the final result was very nice and our house smelled much cleaner.
