I Was told that they didn't have help to do paperwork and to get it banded until next day. Our farm is a hour away, I agreed to come back on the 14th to pick up at the time they told me. I called prior to going to store was told to come on in park, pay and they would load. Got to store nothing had been processed, said it would take 2 or more hours. Wife was with me in truck 80 degrees outside and she is battling cancer. I left to find something to eat and a cool place. Told them to call when order was ready and I would pay over phone and come pickup. Diggs was helping me and took my phone number. He called me after I left and told me that The PRO Desk said I couldn't do that. I Proceed to cancel the deal and return home. Diggs was the only person to express empathy for our situation. I will have to be desperate to return to to this store anytime soon I just wasted 3 hours and $100 in fuel that no Good deal can make up for.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
