Biggest Liars ever and have no empathy. I opened a credit card to receive 20% off on tax free weekend. They did not honor the purchase. They also had half of my order being picked up and the other half for delivery. Everything was for delivery when I originally placed the order. Then they Im refused to speak to a Manager or give a number to a General Manager or District Manager. Poor Service!!!!!!!!!

❌ Absolute Nightmare – Avoid Lowe's Flooring Installation Services!I will NEVER use Lowe's for home improvement services again. We purchased luxury vinyl flooring and experienced a complete breakdown in communication, professional competence, and customer service from start to finish.
The Delivery Ghosting: We actually cut our beach vacation short by a day to ensure we were home for the scheduled flooring delivery. The delivery date came and went and no flooring arrived, and nobody from Lowe's bothered to call or update us. After dealing with a frustrating automated phone system, I finally reached a representative who casually informed me that the delivery was delayed because the material wasn't fully in stock. No notice was ever sent. They eventually dropped off the material a few days later, forcing us to completely rearrange and delay our timeline with their third-party installation team.
Living in a Construction Zone: When the installers finally arrived weeks later, they tore up our existing floors, exposing our subfloors. They discovered minor water damage in the kitchen that caused a tiny, less-than-1/2-inch unlevel area. They refused to proceed, abruptly left, and told us to get it leveled. Crucially, they provided zero instructions or structural guidelines on exactly what criteria they needed to resume.We immediately hired an independent contractor who confirmed there was absolutely no structural damage. They poured professional concrete self-leveler to fix the minor dip. In the meantime, we were forced to live in a total construction nightmare for two weeks surrounded by 53 boxes of stacked flooring and bare subfloors while waiting for a new installation date.
The Ultimate Refusal:When the Lowe's installers finally returned, they took one look, claimed it wasn't fixed "correctly" to their mysterious standards, and refused to do the job. We brought in a second independent contractor to check the work. They explicitly confirmed that the floor was completely flat, perfectly leveled, and that they couldn't fathom why Lowe's was refusing to lay down luxury vinyl on it.
Save Yourself the Stress:We eventually received a refund from Lowe's just for the labor. Now, we are stuck frantically searching for an independent local installer to finish the job so we can finally have a functional home again. Lowe's takes your money, outsources to third-party contractors who look for any excuse to walk off the job, and leaves you stranded with a house full of boxes. Avoid their installation services at all costs

Lowes on Timberlake has the worst customer service,they sold me a refridgerator that was only a floor model with out letting me know until I started asking questions.Then scheduled delivery of my corrected refridge order for Saturday between 8am and noon and they never showed even after 4pm so I had to reschedule because of work and go without a fridge from Friday until Tuesday .What is going on in that store corporate needs to investigate.I went in on Thursday around 11am to speak with a manager associate let them know I was waiting and after an hour I called the 1800 number to get help.
