Went to Lowe’s once again only to be frustrated and disappointed. Went go get propane this Tuesday evening only to find out they are out of propane Last week I wanted a landscape tie. The told me they could not cut it because it was too large. So once again I went to Home Depot again and when they told me they couldn’t cut they offered a solution that they could cut 4”x 6” and well that worked! Lowes seems to tell me what they can’t do where Home Depot at least offers. N alternative solution each time. The management in Leesburg leaves allot to be desired. Also they need to replace the stop signs someone has take as I was almost t jones last week by a truck who did not bother to stop.

I am notifying Lowe’s regarding an incident that occurred on April 21, 2026, at the store located at 1390 Russell Branch Pkwy SE, Leesburg, VA 20176, involving inappropriate conduct, operational negligence, and possible discrimination on the part of your staff. While picking up an Uber order, two Lowe’s employees gave me incorrect instructions; they directed me to the back of the store—where everything was closed—and made me wait for approximately one hour without offering a resolution. This demonstrates a lack of organization and negligence. Subsequently, the employee identified as a manager—named Elber (the same individual who had directed me to the back of the store)—engaged in abusive conduct that fell far below any professional standard. He addressed me in a hostile and disrespectful manner and ultimately ordered me to leave the premises without offering any solution whatsoever. This behavior constitutes a clear abuse of authority. Given the circumstances—including my status as a worker at the time, as well as the fact that I was accompanied by my minor daughter, who was very frightened—I consider the treatment I received to be not only inappropriate but potentially discriminatory. I would appreciate it if you would take measures regarding your staff to ensure that situations of this nature do not recur, as it should be a requirement to hire individuals who are properly trained and willing to provide excellent customer service.

Most of the indoor plants were dried up and dead. Makes me sad. It’s like going to a pet shop with dead fish. If you’re going to sell living things, then it’s your job to take care of them until they find a good home. It’s wasteful, cruel and irresponsible to sell plants and neglect them like this store does. This seems to happen every year I go to buy indoor plants, even to the point of outdoor plants in the summer. Don’t sell living things if you can’t keep them alive. I won’t be coming back to this garden center.

Replaced my kitchen appliances with Lowe’s. DONT DO THIS. The subcontractors they use are worthless. We proactively replaced all appliances, the subcontractors left our brand new dishwasher leaking, soaking all of our cabinets. They came back, left it leaking, said it’s defective. It’s been a week now, STILL leaking, and they aren’t coming back for another weak to fix/replace the faulty dishwasher. Neither Lowe’s nor the subcontractor are doing anything to help. Never again.
