  Their assistant store manager has no idea how to converse like a normal human. She'll bat her hand on the counter and let you know that she's been with the company 7 whole years and a manager 5 years of it. Congratulations to you, I hope you're happy you were able to resell the items I left for you. Christian values only goes as far as a dollar sign to this store. I'm only thankful God helped me to hold my composure as a respectable adult where she clearly could not.

  Went to return $7 worth of product given to me as a gift without a receipt. Fine getting a store credit for the $7. Was told I would have to give my incredibly sensitive drivers license information to be entered into their computer to simply get a store credit for the. $7. No way I wanted to expose my drivers license to the easy hack from their computer. Offered several other options. One being I trust you enough to simply write on a piece of paper $7 store credit and have the store manager sign it. Was told there is no option other than giving up your incredibly sensitive drivers license information to be entered into their computer. This is absolutely unbelievable for a $7 store credit. They would offer no possible solution at the store. Called corporate and the person answering the phone. Also would offer no possibility to solve the issue. Is this the type of customer service you want to be dealing with? This is downright discriminatory. I even asked the store what would happen if someone had no drivers license. Manager told me they wouldn’t be able to do a return of any type then. Outrageous!
