Can't believe how easy this was to get a storage unit. Never had to talk to anyone. Everything is automated. I did see someone driving around in a golf cart once, but no hassles, no problems

We opened up our unit last week and everything was covered in an inch of mold. Had to throw out everything. Managers took no responsibility and said they don’t control humidity only the temperature. Watch out for this place! Will be filing a claim but they said it’s in fine print on the contract about not covering mold or mildew. Pictures are attached.

Love this place- I was able to sign up online, got all of the info I needed to access my storage, and was able to start moving in without ever having to pick up a phone or wait in line. It’s incredible convenient in design, as there is a drive-through area that is gated, so you can leave you vehicle in a covered area and load or unload and not get rained on.
