Staff is nice and so is facility, but their pricing semantics are a joke. Started out in July of 2025 with a 240 rate on a 10x20, price jumped to 339 in December. When i called they told me i could resign a new contract, move all of my stuff into a different unit, and get a better rate. Then i get a notice it’s going up again in September 2026 to 359. So price has jumped 120/mo in 12 months. I submitted a move out notice and moved all my stuff to a monster, first floor, climate controlled unit for 240/mo for a 10x25. Seemed to be a lot of people moving out the Saturday i was there too, shame that they do this to people that have proven to be good customers.
