- CJCambria Johnson2 days ago2.0I haven't had the best experience. The worst part is mice. I've caught 8 mice with traps inside my unit. I put traps up. These mice have gotten into all of my things. Due to them coming back when there's no food and the qauntiy caught I believe this location has a mice issue. Also I was paying around $68 a month for a 10 x 10 then 2 months later I received an email stating my rate is increasina to $88 per month. I had no idea why but was told it was a move in special. I don't recall it stating this anywhere upon booking the unit. I did receive a free lock upon move in. They also have an app to open the gate the works inconsistently.
- HWH WinJun 4, 20261.0Chris is rude and foul tempered. He was horrible to me. I asked to split the payment. He said no, can't be done (they did it for me in the past). So then I ask him how long I have to pay the bill. He gave no explanation on the date. Then he started getting really mad because I asked him questions (like can I have my unit number and code to get into the gate). He became furious and just kept saying leave. I am a this 69 year old woman who was just trying to pay her bill. Mini U Storage does not support the elderly if they allow their staff to treat the elderly like this.

- SMScott MichaelsFeb 10, 20261.0Very unprofessional! I arrived to my storage unit only to find that the snow had not been cleared 3 weeks after the big storm! It was almost a foot deep and turned mostly to ICE. They hired a plow service to clear the driveway around the units, but the snow was pushed up against half of the storage unit doors, which makes it impossible to get inside. They had 3 weeks to fix the problem – but didn’t. The best they could offer me was an ice pick and shovel. It will probably be another week or so before I can get into my unit – which they just raised the rent on :(
