I'm very pleased with the service I received on yesterday, when I purchased my hot water heater. Issac waited on me. He is an excellent salesman. I had to called the gentleman who was putting it in for questions. He was writing everything down making sure he didn't miss anything I needed. There was another gentleman there. I don't know his name but he help also. Thank you for having such good workers at this location because you're close to me.

If you plan to do a curbside pickup, DON'T!
Lowes this is a service that you offer and advertise.
I placed my order on the app.
I waited for the notification saying my order was ready.
I clicked the "on my way" button in the app.
Once I arrived, I entered the curbside space number I was in.
I waited...

The sign says an associate will be with you shortly.
Once you click "I'm here" in the app, it says "we'll be out with your order soon."

I saw a lot of employees coming out to gather carts, lots of other customers coming and going.

Been waiting for over 30 minutes. Should I go inside? Should I wait for the process to work?
Someone else left their car after waiting for a few minutes.

I went inside. Mary and Amari were very helpful and got my order. I was told that the "guy" who was supposed to be doing the curbside pickup was in the back.
What if I were disabled and couldn't get out? How long would I have to wait?
Again this is a Lowes service that the advertise, the invested money to build the feature in the app and the signs in the parking lot as well as hired employees to do the job.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I’ve received. I’m trying to resolve a delivery issue, but the virtual support team has been unhelpful. Calls are answered and then disconnected, the numbers on the receipt only reach an automated representative, and when I ask to speak with a person, I’m left on hold for hours.
My expected delivery date did not match the actual delivery date, and I need to know why. If my item goes missing, I should not be held responsible for it.
