Never buy an appliance from this location. We baught a dish washer in 2024 with a 3year protection plan. We went to use it today to fix our washer and was told right after we left the store it got cancelled by someone at Lowes. Never once notified us they did that and basically told us they couldn't help. I've tried calling the store multiple times to inquire about them fixing this since its their fault but the phone rings and rings and rings. I've been on hold for almost 45 mins.

Horrible paint department service. Impossible to be acknowledged or get help. When I asked an associate they pointed to the man who had walked past me several times and I had to walk down to the end of the aisle to request his assistance. He grabbed the paint samples from me, put the colors in, set them down in front of me - and walked away. Update: about 30 minutes after trying to ring up my samples with a bolded over label and getting manager assistance for the buy one get one free deal that I base my purchase off of… Walked the manager over to show him the sign that said buy one get one free and he interrupted me speaking to say this deal is no longer applicable and rip it off the counter. I’m kind of bummed that now I would have to work with them again if these paint samples work out

I’m writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with a recent store visit and the concerning lack of policy training demonstrated by your associate.
My husband and I used the self-checkout and scanned our QR code in the Lowe’s app to verify our military status. However, we were then instructed to hand over a driver's license to be scanned on the back. While we understand verification protocols, the POS screen explicitly states at the bottom: "You are not required to consent to the scan to proceed."
When we informed the associate that we did not consent to having the driver's license scanned, she ignored our refusal, took the card, and scanned it anyway. When questioned, she claimed she was simply following her training.
We immediately brought this to the Customer Service desk, where an associate confirmed that team members are instructed to perform a visual check if a customer declines the scan.
Scanning a government ID after consent has been explicitly withheld—and after military status was already verified in the app is an unacceptable breach of customer preference and clear associate non-compliance. Lowe's must immediately address employee adherence to your stated POS consent policies and ensure staff are properly trained to perform visual verifications without overriding customer consent.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
