This was the easiest set up ever! Filled out application online from home then stopped by office to pick up key. Christy greeted us with a smile, answered all of our questions, gave a quick lesson in how to access the gate and we were on our way. Quick, easy, efficient and very welcoming. It was great!

Christie has been the most outstanding person/employee to help me with anything I have needed and takes care of the west end dr location better than anyone.other employees have filled in and it seems to have fallen apart but she always comes back and cleans the place back up when others have torn it down..thank you.she is incredible

After a horrible experience at another storage facility, I came to Extra Space Storage and couldn't be more grateful. Christie works incredibly hard to ensure every unit is secure, the property is flawlessly clean, and everything is safe. She greets every customer who walks through the office doors with a warm smile and takes her position very seriously. She listened to my specific storage needs and offered fantastic advice and suggestions to find the perfect unit.
