I’m so annoyed. I purchased this unit online and you can only access your storage during business hours. People have to work those same business hours, so when do I access my unit? Don’t rent here.

Extra Space on LaSalle Avenue in Hampton saved the day!!! I had rented a climate control unit, drove up, opened the gate and there were 2 puddles of water! The rep found me a new unit, generated a confirmation code and got me on my way in 10 minutes! Unloading the van now! Yay!!!
