I had the best experience with Extra Space Storage. Super efficient safe quick and easy. I love that the manager did a follow up call it really helped me during such a busy time getting my daughter ready for college life They made it super simple for set up and payment the environment is clean ready and highly professional Also access we are in Cali and our daughter is in VA they were understanding about this and our needs and made everything super efficient and easy to access while she is now on her own over there. I also love the delivery benefits as well you can have things delivered and they make sure it gets to your unit too. Overall we had the best experience and the price is workable as well too ! Thank you Courtney and Extra Space Storage for all your help !! :)

Best storage solution by far in Hampton Roads. Great customer service. Quick response and they work with you. 24/7 access was also a great bonus. Got a free first month deal and they made move out easy when we were running behind to avoid ever paying a full month. Will use again should I ever need another storage unit.
