    I am submitting a formal complaint regarding a highly concerning experience at your Gloucester, VA store, specifically involving the store manager, Jason, and his staff. I purchased an item online and received confirmation that it was ready for pickup. I drove approximately 40 minutes to retrieve the item the following morning. Upon arrival, I was informed that the item provided was incorrect due to an employee scanning the wrong barcode. I was then asked to wait while they located the correct item, which took approximately several hours. The replacement item they eventually provided was also incorrect. At that point, I was told that the item was “the same but a different model” and was offered a $50 discount, which required a change order. Throughout this process, I repeatedly raised concerns that the transaction did not appear correct. Despite this, I was reassured by the store manager, Jason, that everything was fine, that the system showed the item as paid, and that I should not worry about it. The following day, I was contacted by another associate and instructed to cancel the order and complete additional steps to correct the issue. I followed those instructions in good faith. However, in the days that followed, I began receiving multiple phone calls from the store in which employees were yelling, using inappropriate language, and making alarming statements, including threats that I was “going to jail” and that I was “on camera.” This behavior is completely unacceptable. At no point did I act improperly. I made multiple attempts to alert your staff that there was an issue, and I followed the directions provided to me. Despite this, I have been subjected to harassment and intimidation for an error that originated entirely within your store. I also attempted to resolve the matter through another location (Newport News), but was told they could not assist because the transaction originated at the Gloucester store. My concerns are as follows: - Failure to provide the correct item after confirmed pickup notification - Poor transaction handling and internal process breakdown - Dismissal of my concerns when I attempted to address discrepancies - Harassment, unprofessional conduct, and threats made by store personnel - Lack of accountability by store management I am requesting the following: Immediate cessation of all harassing phone calls and communication from the Gloucester store A clear, written confirmation of how this matter will be resolved, including the return of the item A formal review and investigation into the conduct of the store manager and staff involved Assurance that appropriate corrective action will be taken to prevent this from happening to other customers This situation reflects a serious breakdown in both operational controls and professional conduct. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and professionally.

    Went in on Sunday ...big mistake I spend 1500.00 dollars and get blown off....no big deal I will close all accounts and go elsewhere !!!! A company that big treating people badly is disgusting ....

    Lowe’s is not Female contractor friendly. They also did not disclose the actual way a pro credit card works. There is no 0% financing and they didn’t even give me the guaranteed 5% off of all purchased. . I would steer clear of this franchise until the be one more female contractor friendly.
