Mike at the front desk was great. Unfortunately pricing at your facility was much higher than other surrounding climate controlled storage facilities and I was forced to move my items elsewhere. Pricing is the reason for my 3 star review. That is the only reason I left.

Mike is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He worked with me when I had forgotten to add my new card to automatic payments. No return charge or late fee was issued thanks to his understanding. The space is kept clean and dry. The gate is always in working order so you can be assured your belongings are in good hands. I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend! From going online and booking a unit, to signing the agreement, everything was extremely easy. I even had to call customer service after booking, and they were extremely helpful. This was even done on a Saturday afternoon! Our unit at the Montpelier location was clean and very accessible. Love the ease of using their App!!

Absolutely delightful. Our experience with Mike at the Glen Allen, VA was nothing short of exceptional! Mike was warm, professional, thorough and efficient: upon my arrival, I immediately knew that I’d need a larger unit. Mike was very accommodating and found a space in the same building, so my moving truck did not have to change locations. The unit, rate, policies and best practices were explained nicely as well! We are very happy customers!!

Mike is awesome! He drove out to the Montpelier location to meet us after a quick phone call, with zero notice, and showed us the available units. He was super knowledgeable of the do’s/don’ts of using the facility and answered all of our questions. I never felt rushed or hurried. We ended up going with a climate-controlled unit on Mountain Road and when I drove up for the first time, he came out to greet me and then took me to the unit and showed me how the locks work, where the carts are located to help with loading/unloading. Mike is the best! He really likes to help people and makes the storage rental process so easy.
