Angel at the Extra Space Storage on Washington Hwy, Glen Allen went above and beyond to help me today! I was trying to make a payment for my unit but I was unaware that the facility that I use had changed ownership. Angel went out of her way to find information for me regarding the new owners so that I could make my payment. I have received nothing but excellent customer service from the staff at Extra Space Storage for the past 5 years and today was no exception.
