Came here to unload for my 3rd load. My eta was 8p.m. before I took the exit to go home because customer service said i couldnt get unloaded at 8p.m. I talked to 3 different associates before someone told me that receiving is here all night. They told me to come because i can get unloaded. So I turned around and routed 3 hours to get here. I get here at 8:50p.m. unstrap the load and they said they were coming right out to unload. I called 3 times in between 8:50p.m. and 11:30p.m. they said ill be out shortly to unload you each time. I go stand at the rec door at 1140 and call them and they tell me someone is supposed to be coming out to talk to me about not being able to be unloaded. That they cant leave the building at night. This is the first time lowes wouldn't unload my truck at 9p.m. since January. But that just goes to show VA people are a different breed than NC people. Im guessing that's why the police came to make sure I wasn't stealing? I told him I was going to hand unload it because I have a dedicated pickup at 7a.m. why not just tell the truth from the beginning. Just because you guys hate big things that move on the road. Obviously the supervisor has no life. It takes 15 mins to unload it.
