  Called on a Wednesday and was given a Friday btwn 9-10 consult appt. Never showed. I called at 10:15 and the receptionist states the appointment was 10-11. Then says the guy will be out here by 11:30. No showed. What a big waste of time. Do NOT recommend.

  Mike and Donna did a wonderful job cleaning , replacing stone and cap ! If you need any Chimney services, this the company to call ! Will not disappoint!

  No stars, negative stars. Showed-up, took down pipe, told me they had completed most of the work only to find they misrepresented what was actually complete. Then we rescheduled with them three times, each time they were a no show (meanwhile we had the resident waiting on them for three whole days). Told me they would refund paid invoice after the third no-show. When I requested the refund, they tried to reschedule again. I again requested a refund, via the same way they were paid through Venmo. Still awaiting our refund, I have no faith in this company. They do not answer the phone, and the technicians also do not answer the phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company in any way with how we were, and currently still are being treated. I have had to dispute the payments in Venmo now.

  Mike came out and swept the chimney from the bottom up. There was alot of build up and soot. After he left we still had some issues with smoke coming back in the house I requested Chimney Rescue send someone back out. They worked us in as soon as they could. This time Mike climbed up on the roof and removed and cleaned the cap which was clogged and gave the flue another sweep. We were back in business. Mike Was professional and friendly. We will definitely be return customers.

  After having an appointment for a week I called to confirm the day of only to be told they were on vacation and I was not even on the books. THEY called ME to set said appointment. Would never recommend them.
