    Stayed on the phone trying to get a simple answer about the availability of an item for a total of 25 minutes. Every phone in each department rang and rang over and over. This store is terrible!

    If you need something fast (and 1 item left), you'd think online order would be the optimal option. Not in my experience. It took 3+ hours, I say + because after waiting for 3 hours (was at work) to receive a notification, I ended up driving to the store because it was time to go home, so who knows how much longer it would have taken. The reason I drove and didn't call to check on the status is because last time (different store) my order was ready for 2 hours, but the notification was never sent...So I decided to go in-person. It turns out there were 4 or 5 more orders ahead of me...4-5 orders ahead of me AFTER 3 HOURS? For ONE item?? Give your employees a red bull or something. I ended up canceling my order and picked up the item myself. Luckily, nobody grabbed the last item before me. This is now two separate occasions at two separate stores, this one (Gainesville) and in Chantilly. If you need something fast, go get it yourself if you can.

    I placed my order 4/22 online and scheduled delivery for 4/30. Ordering 25 bags of mulch and that would give us time to get the area ready for it. I knew rain is forecasted and wanted to make sure delivery would be after any rain. Someone showed up the next day 4/23 and just left the bags stacked in the front yard. They didn't even knock on our door to let us know they were here. This is extremely inconvenient. When I called customer service the lady I spoke with stated "you are complaining that your order was delivered early" She said she would notate the account, whatever that means. Truly an horrible experience.

    I would like to shout out, Alana! She met me and others at the front with a friendly smile and sincere positive attitude towards wanting to help me and the other customers. While she was Directing me to the area that I was looking for she kindly took a moment to ask if she could assist other customers, and if she couldn’t help them, she directed them to the department who could. It’s Refreshing to interact with representatives of large stores who are still wanting to maintain a high level of the customer experience. Alana should be commended! To add your surveys on the receipt should indicate somewhere where a team member can be acknowledged It’s important for Lowes corporate to know that they have great employees

    I purchased a GE Profile front loader washer and dryer from this store. Set up delivery for a Thursday. Delivery company provided a window of 12pm to 4 pm. Driver arrived at 3:52 — within the window. However, they proceeded to off load a washer that had a severely damaged and open box. When asked why the box was open the lying began. First statement was the box wasn’t open and it was ok. Next statement that they opened it on the truck. Finally after calling delivery dispatcher, learned that Lowe’s warehouse KNOWINGLY loaded an open box with a damaged washer. Was offered $80 off for an open box damaged $1,000 appliance. When I requested a new machine in an unopened box I was told that it was now after 4:00pm so delivery would have to wait until Saturday. Appears as though the delivery company works for Lowe’s. This company has done NOTHING to assure me that this is not a standard practice to knowingly deliver damaged products. BEWARE. I will never purchase anything from this crooked store. It is unfortunate that Lowe’s Customer Service believes it is the customers job to call them repeatedly trying to get a resolution. They have your contact information. They know you are not satisfied. They should be check texting you to make it right NOT the other way around. THEY DO NOT CARE that their practices are illegal. BEWARE!!!!! It is unfortunate that Lowe’s doesn’t provide any customer service! Why is it the customers responsibility to continually call their customer service trying to resolve the issue. IF they cares, they would call the customer. Clearly, they don’t or they would contact me to resolve the issue … they have NEVER callled. They don’t care. BEWARE!!! This is a horrible company to do business with!!
