  The buying experience overall was beyond excellent. No one tried to hard sell me something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. I used the free design consultation, and Lauren was beyond excellent at her job. It was almost uncanny.She designed a new main room for me that was absolutely amazing in terms of expressing who I am and what I find attractive and comfortable. She had an uncanny intuitive sense of what I would love. She gave me a manageable number of options; not once was I overwhelmed by the number of choices. She didn’t try to push anything on me. In fact, she told me if I didn’t love it to let her know and she’d pick something else that I did love. That happened every time we picked something different. Throughout the process, she even welcomed me to change my mind. I never felt forced into buying anything. La-Z-Boy offered great financing to help me make my purchase. Everything about that process was so easy. I am now waiting for delivery. Lauren gave me a printout of what the room will look like with the new furniture, rugs, tables, lamps, and accessories. Every time I look at it, it’s beautiful. And not that anyone else has to like it, but my friends love it. They insist I have a party when it’s all installed and ready. Now that I have room for everyone to have a comfortable seat and beautiful ambiance, I look forward to doing that: I see get-togethers, movie nights, game night, and Book Club at my house. By making this change, I will now have a visiting space I can be proud of.

  John, our salesman, was amazing. Listened, was patient, and even gave recommendations on other options and locations if the item was on the floor somewhere else. Our designer was very nice, but ultimately she never asked what we wanted to use the room for, any specific needs on our part, likes or sought to personalize the design to our style or liking. She did help give us some ideas that we ultimately went with, but we would have liked to start with what we asked for versus what we felt was like an upsale.

  Great customer service. Delivery team was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and polite. They assembled my recliner and placed exactly where I wanted it, in my home. I woukd highly recommend La-Z-Boy for your furniture needs.
