I had a wonderful experience with La-Z-Boy in Fredericksburg! I initially reached out through their online form about designing a chair, and Molli helped me explore options based on the measurements I provided. She sent photos and prices and walked me through what they had in the store, including a floor model on sale that I might otherwise have missed. When I was able to visit about two weeks later, I tried the chair and knew it was the perfect fit. I was also pleased that they could deliver it to King George. It’s now in my home, and it is so comfortable and relaxing! I really appreciated the time Molli took to help me find the right chair. Her help before I even came into the store made the shopping experience so much easier. Thank you, Molli and the Fredericksburg team!

Our two leather arm chairs were misrepresented in your store in Fredericksburg, VA. A chair in a fabric was pointed out as exactly the way our chair would look, only in leather. These chair colors are lighter than sample we selected, and panels (pieces/squares) were used to finish the entire chair instead a full piece of leather on sides, back, and arm rests. It looks pieced together. Arm rests are sewn together in two pieces, both situated exactly where elbow rests (is uncomfortable). Areas where stiching is coming apart, areas where leather has been rubbed to remove oil (or wash, or whatever) need to be repaired, cleaned, replaced. Both front of seats where knee rests, and front of arm rests are shinney, as if they have used before. We have purchased 2 chairs, similar to these, two times over the past 25 years. Those chairs looked brand new. These do not. Don't tell me that you are short on leather. This one looks like a patch work quilt of variations of the same beige/brown leather color. What can you do to rememdy this? Videos and photos were taken of all areas of concern by your representative who came here on 19 September 2026. Always before we trusted Lazyboy to deliver exactly what was ordered by looking at floor samples and making a determination. These two recliners are not as expected and we are not hapy with them. Thank you. Al and Jane D'Arcangelo

It was easy to work with staff. I wanted to see something I saw on line and they knew exactly where it was and showed me a sample of the material I found online. All was exactly what I was looking for. I made my purchase and was out in 20 minutes.

We had a great experience with the Fredericksburg Va Lazboy. Our salesperson, Molli was knowledgeable about the product, was pleasant to work with and wasn’t pushy. I highly recommend her and Lazboy.

We have had a fantastic experience with La-Z=Boy of Fredericksburg. From the sales office to the Decorator, to the delivery, everything thing went smoothly. This is our second time furnishing our living space with La Z Boy but only our first time using the decorator. She, Lauren, was easy to work with and understood our concerns.
