Julia and Kayla were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free.
Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and both of them went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and it was obvious they take pride in their work.
If you’re looking for a storage facility with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage—and definitely ask for Julia or Kayla if you have the chance. They truly made the experience exceptional. Thank you both for all your help!
