  We placed our order 12/23 it was a Christmas present and Palwasha came that day was very professional and said blinds would be in in 30 days. No they were not. Called 2/9 left message again on 2/9 & 2/16 they came to install all but bathroom. It was lost in transit. Finally after no call for updates on the bathroom blind was call for install 8-10 am April 8th. Customer service was lacking having been recovering from many injuries from accident fall which Palwasha was aware of no adjustment to charge and no apologies were extended at all. Had a few more I would have like to get but decided to wait and all check out some other service. Having been in customer service for many years customer service is very important to me. Thanks for listening.

  Wonderful experience! Naser was conscientious matching new blinds with existing blinds that are no longer available! The new ones were just installed and are beautiful. The Installation guys worked diligently and made sure that I was happy with everything. I would definitely recommend Budget Blinds!

  Naser of Budget Blinds of Fredericksburg,Va came to consult with my husband and myself about 1 door shade. After he discussed what he could do with our windows, we decided to order shades for 2 doors and 16 windows!! He was very friendly and professional and knowledgable!! He measured carefully! The install happened about 4 weeks later this past May 2026. The team was professional and quick less than 5 minutes per window. We ordered mostly blackout shades and some sheer shades. Now we can adjust the shade from the top and/or bottom of the window. At night we can just close the shade instead of the curtains, which saves time. The blackouts truly work great to block out the light! Very happy with that and all the other window and door shades!! The shades fit perfectly!! Call Naser today to book a consultation.
