After waiting literally 10more minutes.... no show. I then use another "I need help button." After another 10min, a employee finally shows up. I explained that the button for help in plumbing does not work and I had to use the vanity cabinet help button. The employee tells me that the other button has never worked. This is typical of Franklin Lowes. Once I was able to get the materials I needed I proceeded to check myself out. I still blows my mind. If I have to self check... where is my 1099 for being a employee. I almost forgot the assistance worker at self checkout, has the absolute worst attitude. I am a veteran, I login to use my account. He has to scan my DL. Scans it and walks away. Any other timer we always are thanked for our service. It just seems that our youth of this nation thinks I owe them. Oh, and by the way Lowes. Its hard to run a store with 10 employees. Its always social hour. Nothing is stocked, Noone to assist.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
