- CHCarine HalabyJun 3, 20261.0Never buying anything from here again. I ordered chocolate online, was delivered spoiled melted chocolate. Customer service responded by saying it’s still edible (I didn’t order edible chocolate, I ordered good quality tasty chocolate) and wouldn’t refund more than 15 percent. And they won’t let me return the items. It’s spoiled chocolate and it’s not what I ordered. I’ve regularly ordered in bulk from there and when things go wrong that’s how they treat their loyal customers. Shame.
