Upon moving out Tra and Jessie made it very easy. They answered all my questions and got me the documents I needed to sign quickly. Would recommend calling them for your storage needs.

No issues with the facility itself; it's clean and access is easy. But that kind of bait-and-switch pricing is hard to overlook. If you're considering renting here, ask upfront how often rates change and by how much. I wish I had. At the end of the day, once your stuff is in there, they know your only real leverage is hauling it all out - and that's exactly what I'll be doing.
