I was having a terrible day. I called being rude over the phone. Tra calmed me down and let me know she was at the store so I could complete my rental process. She met me at the door greeting me. She offered me water and I had a seat. She then calmed me down and walked me through the move in process. We walked to my unit and she wrote down the direct office number and her name if I have any additional questions later. My entire mood was turned around due to this amazing lady. I am so happy with my rental at Extra Space. Tra made this experience a wonderful one.
