This was my second rent period here. Really it was a great experience although it was short. The check in process was handled by a very professional agent called David if I am not mistaken, he was very informative and clear. As well the check out process was very quick and easy and was handled by a very friendly professional agent unfortunately I missed her name. The facility is very clean and well maintained. My over all experience was very great . Definitely I will comeback if I need any storage in future. Thank you.

I have been renting a 5x10 storage unit with Extra Space Storage for about two years. During that time, I never had any pest issues. Recently, I noticed some of my furniture had started to develop mildew, and I assumed it was because I needed a climate-controlled unit. I began looking at other storage facilities and was ready to give my notice.
Before leaving, I spoke with the manager, and that conversation completely changed my mind. She was honest, transparent, and took the time to explain what was being done to address my concerns. Instead of simply listening, she showed me that real action was being taken, which gave me confidence to stay.
I truly appreciate the excellent customer service, professionalism, and transparency.
