  I had Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) installed in my living room by two representative (Rigo and Hector) of Ayoub Carpet Service. They did an excellent job on the installation. They were very professional and took great pride in their work. Also, the sales representative, Fred, was very well versed in the product, provided information, and maintained contact during the entire process. I would recommend Ayoub Carpet Service.

  We had a great experience with Ayoub and Willy Mejia. He and his team were very thorough and professional in their work and explanations. We had many of our custom rugs and furniture pieces cleaned, and they look and smell clean and many stains have disappeared! The team was efficient and courteous. Highly recommend if it’s been a while and you need to have your carpets and furniture cleaned!

  Second time sending all our rugs out to Ayoub. They ranged from a very inexpensive office rug to several Turkish and Middle Eastern wool rugs. The service is impeccable from pick up to delivery. Once they've seen your rugs they maintain photos and the history of their work on them. We had repairs done to tassels that had been damaged by vacuuming. The guys who work for Ayoub are top notch and put the rugs right back where you want them.

  Working with Ayoub for new WOOL carpet installation has been fantastic. Wool installation is a bit trickier and takes expertiste and the crew of Omar & Sergio was incredible & experts--they were meticulous w/ the install taking great care in moving our furiture and protecting our existing wood floors outside of their work area. The result was beyond our expectations. In fact, from the get-go, my consultation with manager Fred regarding our needs was very positive--he listened, had great insights and follow up exactly as promised--this is not what I found with another group I consulted and having the confidence that I was being heard & that the team would meet the agreed upon plan was vital to me. I am so glad to have found this group and their willingness to come to MoCo even though they are based in NOVA--I will now use them for my future carpet cleaning needs. as well. Their prices were very reasonable and their work ethic and customer service is what I value in a service company.

  I was thrilled with the service I received from Ayoub Carpet Service. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!! From my original contact over the phone through pick up and delivery, I couldn't have been more satisfied. They kept me informed and provided picture of before, during and after the cleaning and repair process. Jamie and Mercedes carefully picked up and delivered 9 rugs for me. I even had Jamie take 3 more to be cleaned upon deliver of the original 9. Jamie and Mercedes were so careful in moving my furniture on both trips to my house and my Dad's. I was able to purchase new pads for my rugs and was stunned at how different it felt walking across them. They wrapped 3 of my rugs so that those rugs would be protected in the moving truck and in storage. If you need cleaning or repair, I wouldn't hesitate in selecting Ayoub Carpet Service. You won't regret that decision!
