  I was very happy with the carpet selection that Ayoub offered. The overall shopping experience was very good. Ayoub has a large selection of carpets to choose from. They also provide samples to be sent to your home. Mr. Fred Saah, Project Manager, was helpful throughout the process. He prepared and provided the estimate which I felt was very resonable. He communicated very well, letting me know when the carpet arrived and when we could have the carpet installed. He followed up to make sure I was satisfied. The carpet installers, Omar and Sergio, were very professional and pleasant. They worked very hard and did a wonderful job installing the carpet.

  In my infinite wisdom I laid an all white carpet down in our guest bedroom. Why I’m surprised that it became stained & dirty in next to no time just speaks to my perpetual state of denial, I suppose. Thank goodness for ACS is all I have to say! The carpet came back today immaculate. I’m so pleased! And, I no longer feel like an idiot for putting down a white carpet in the first place. Equally as important as the skill ACS demonstrates when cleaning carpets and rugs, is the competency and care Carlos and Henry, two outstanding ACS service techs, showed when delivering my carpet and laying it out in its space. Stairs & low ceilings had to be navigated, heavy bedroom furniture needed to be lifted and moved. They did so with a confidence that did not come off as dismissive & cavalier. They were respectful, polite, and kind, and I am grateful. I’ve been an ACS customer for years. The combined effect of superb results and excellent customer service is why I continue to be. Thank you.

  I’ve been using Ayoub for a few years now and love them. They’ve cleaned wall to wall carpeting in my rental and my own wool area rugs. Everything is on point with this company: scheduling (with actual humans not AI!) and follow up are thorough, the techs are always on time and very nice and professional, and they’re meticulous from the prep to tidying up after they’re done. They’re very respectful of my home and space. I highly recommend Ayoub for your rug and carpeting cleaning needs.

  Very friendly and helpful delivery staff (to the detail) of new pad and great looking and smelling carpet. Couldn’t be more happy, that’s why I am a repeat customer.

  Carlos and Jhoni gave us exceptional service! They called ahead, arrived on time, laid down our rug for us (and moved the furniture back on). They also went beyond the call of duty by trimming our new carpet padding to fit our carpet.
