    I went to this Lowe’s location to rent an insulation blower and bought the insulation there as well, and it turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a business. I had to drive back and forth FOUR different times because every single time there was a problem with the machine. Either it was missing parts, malfunctioning, or completely jammed by the time I got to the job site. At that point, I couldn’t keep leaving the job site, so I sent one of my workers to return it the last time while I stayed behind trying to salvage the project. I asked to speak with the manager over the phone, and the manager, Amy, REFUSED to speak to me at first. The second my worker asked for her name, suddenly she decided she would talk on the phone — only to be rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. The regular employees honestly tried their best and were far more professional than management. You would think speaking to a manager would solve the issue, but instead it made the experience worse. Amy showed zero concern for the inconvenience, wasted time, lost productivity, or constant trips caused by their faulty equipment. Absolutely horrible customer service from management. Renting equipment from this location was a complete nightmare and cost me hours of wasted time and stress. I would strongly recommend going literally anywhere else.

    Bad service. I was waiting more than 25 minutes for someone to help me bring things down in the flooring area, and the area manager just stayed chatting in the flooring section while I waited, and he just kept telling me ‘I’ll be right back’ like three times, until I ended up bringing down what I needed from the top shelves myself. Bad service

    Miss the garden associates from last year sad to see them all gone, been in multiple times and they would always take care of me quickly, now it’s a waiting game on finding help there’s only one person there that i recognized from last year.

    This place has the worst customer service ever!!! We went there to buy a sliding door and the man that we talked to said that we have to schedule an appointment for someone to measure our door and so we did. He said that we should be hearing from someone by Monday, we were there Sunday. Monday came no calls, I called them Tuesday and spoke to someone and took my information again because our information is not on their system! So he said we should be hearing from somebody shortly! Shockingly someone called and said that he was the one that we spoke to on Sunday and said again that somebody will call us again!!! No calls again today Wednesday so I called them again and was on hold for 30 minutes and got hung up on!!!! I guess they don’t want any business!!!
