  Sandie is simply the best. I see some bad reviews out there but not with Sandie. She is friendly, listens, and is solid. If you going buy, buy from her as I have zero complaints. She treated me like family and recommend her. Thank you for a great deal and great experience.

  We have owned our Swim Spa for over 6 years and have truly appreciated the support and care that Sandie Hill (our Wellness Consultant) at this location has provided when we need product, support and service. She is the best and I could not recommend her and Capital Hot Tubs more for helping to keep my family well!

  Talk to SANDIE!!! I purchased the large prism this summer. Love it. However, it's quite daunting trying to learn how this whole system works to keep it running correctly. We want it to last an extremely long time. Anyway, I've had it a couple of months and have been frustrated trying to understand it. One long, patient phone conversation with Sandie made everything right. She is friendly. She is fun. She cares!! Without Sandie, this would've been a 2 star review. I would've felt like they sold me an amazing unit but left me hanging in the wind on how to keep it running as it needs to. I can't recommend Sandie enough. You need her. Trust me. She will make the whole experience of owning a hot tub a good one. Thanks to her, I have no regrets in making this big purchase at Capital Hot Tubs. Thank you so much Sandie. You are amazing and very much appreciated.
