  I had Atlantic Duct Cleaning, clean my dryer vent yesterday. Mr. Edgar and Mr. Elson came to do the job. They came on time and told me how they were going to clean the vent. They did a tremendous job moving the dryer and cleaning inside the dryer, the back and the duct going all the way to the roof and out. They did all the cleaning from the first floor because the duct went straight to the roof and out and it was less than 25 feet. They did not have to do it from the attic. Mr. Edgar gave me some advice on how to tell if the vent is clogged. The job took about an hour. They showed me pictures of before and after. Great job. More expensive than the other company I had used but provided a much better job. For me, it was worth the extra cost. Great job by both Edgar and Elson.

  I recently bought an older home that had a musty smell, and I was on the fence about having the air ducts cleaned because I'd had friends say duct cleaning is a scam. This company completely changed my mind. They walked me through everything they were doing and used specialized equipment, including a powerful compressor, to thoroughly clean the system. They showed me before-and-after photos throughout the process, so I could actually see the difference rather than just taking their word for it. They discovered a toothbrush and rocks in the dryer vent, and even found a banana peel in one of the vents! The technician was so professional and considerate of my home. He tried to keep his area clean and respected the space At the end of the appointment, they emailed me a detailed report with photos documenting everything they found and cleaned. The scheduling process was simple, the technicians were knowledgeable and transparent, and I thought the pricing was very fair considering the amount of work they performed and the documentation they provided.

  We had Atlantic Duct cleaning /aeroseal company out.We’ve been in the house 30years.We always noticed different rooms had much different temperatures.. we discovered the basement duct work had tremendous leaks.Freddy and the b team were fantastic .Helpful,pointed out each steps. Extremely polite ,hardworking . I am extremely happy with the results. .i highly recommend Atlantic Duct cleaning

  Estiven and Wilfredo performed a very thorough cleaning of my home's air ducts, dryer vent and bathroom exhaust vent. The before and after photos were stunning. I can't believe the air we were breathing was passing through all the dust and debris in the ducts. The dryer is now working more efficiently and taking less time to dry clothes. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys!

  I had a frustrating and unprofessional experience with Atlantic Duct Cleaning. I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with their intake representative confirming service availability for my area in Baltimore City. I clearly described my home situation and was initially told they service my location. During the call, I was even scheduled for an appointment on July 7th. However, shortly after, I was told they could not provide service due to “parking limitations.” I had already stated at the beginning of the call that there is legal street parking directly in front of my home. This felt inconsistent, especially when I asked directly whether they only service homes with driveways and was told that was not the case. The explanation continued to change. I was then told they do service urban areas such as DC with alleys. I explained that my home also has alley access, but the response shifted again to saying they cannot service homes with alley access either. Ultimately, the scheduled appointment was retracted after the fact. Overall, it felt like the underlying issue was a reluctance to service certain urban residential areas, but instead of stating that clearly upfront, multiple different reasons were given during the call. This resulted in a wasted 20 minutes and an appointment being booked and then canceled. I would not recommend based on this experience with Atlantic Duct Cleaning.
