- MWMarty Waugh4 days ago5.0Really excellent work by Nelson and Ryan after a waterlogged carpet. They sopped up what was left of the water in the carpet, pulled the carpet away from the walls, removed the wet portion of the pads and set up fans and a dehumidifier to thoroughly dry the carpet, cement, etc. After several days they returned to replace the damaged pads then reinstalled the carpet including remarkable reconstruction of the seams. To top it off, they thoroughly cleaned the carpet. Truly excellent work!

The technician did an excellent job of stretching, cutting the excess, lining up the edges in a straight line, and ending the multiple bumps and wrinkles on the stairs. The stairs have a fresh new appearance, with no more trip hazards or bumps.

They do an excellent job every time and are knowledgeable, professional and experts at what they do. I've had all of my upholstery cleaned and even my mattress after moving and unboxing everything. Phone staff member took my order without disappointment that I didn't go for all the options. She even repriced my alterations. Cleaning team was knowledgeable and offered a better, and less expensive, solution to patching the carpet. They are pricey, but my carpets are clean and look fantastic.
