They took their time assessing everything before they started, helped me get the last few things up off the floors, and vacuumed twice using heavy-duty and specialized equipment. They listened to what I wanted to accomplish and worked extra hard on some challenging areas with stains, paint, ground-in dirt and pet hair. The results are fantastic! I have very different carpet surfaces, including a high-pile wall-to-wall carpet and a lighter nylon carpet, and both turned out great. They clearly knew how to approach each one differently rather than treating every carpet the same. I really appreciated the time, care and attention they put into the whole job. I would definitely use Absolute Carpet Care again.
