Cheyenne scheduled me quickly for a deep cleaning and was very professional, she addressed every question I had and, was very easy to get in touch with as well as responding quickly to my text. 2 staff ladies arrived at my home. Both very kind, considerate and, polite at all times. Both ladies displayed a professional persona. The ladies cleaned diligently through the time in my home and addressed any concerns or needs I had. This was not an easy job. My baseboards, light fixtures and, furniture were terribly dusty. We had travelled back and forth to WNC quite a bite and, things got left to the back burner here at home. Staff cleaned the inside and outside of my tilt in windows as well. Don’t hesitate to hire this company and crew. They are fantastic! They will be coming back to my home at my request.

We hired Incredible Cleaning Services for a last-minute post-renovation cleaning of our small, one-story home (about 1,150 square feet) with three rooms, one bathroom, kitchen, and living room. We were quoted 1,140$, despite clearly explaining beforehand that the house had drywall dust and primer spots that needed to be addressed, & was comforted when they said they would take care of it. Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning did not come close to matching the price. The cleaners left early, and when we returned, the house was still visibly dirty. We then spent the following two days mopping, wiping surfaces, and removing dust and primer ourselves. Some of the issues we found included: Floors were still heavily dusty; walking through the house left dust on our feet. The stovetop appeared untouched and had visible outlines where cleaning supplies had been placed. Drawers and cabinets still contained dust and could be wiped clean with a microfiber cloth. Primer spots on the floors were not scrubbed or removed. The shower walls were scratched in two large areas during the cleaning attempt. The front-door window, interior mirrors, walls, and other surfaces still looked dusty or dirty. Tape was still left on the walls, making it difficult to believe the walls had been properly cleaned. Windows still had spiderwebs, dead bugs, and debris in the frames, even though we only requested they be sanitary—not perfect, since some hardware will be replaced. The company offered a $171 refund, but considering the original cost and the amount of work left for us to do, that did not feel reasonable. We paid over $1,000 for a service that required substantial re-cleaning afterward. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company for a post-renovation or deep cleaning job.
