I give this place one star because when I was there I got good help once I left the store and tried to call back for a problem I had they have the worst answering service in the world I do believe takes 10 minutes to get through it just so they tell you they can't understand you and they're going to hang up on you does not helpful at all the . services it's not helpful

Had a great experience with the appliance department, the young man was extremely helpful and saved us a lot of money, The delivery and installation by Mega Plumbing was top notch and professional. Brian and his team have really improved this store a great deal from years past. Keep up the good work.

I placed the order in app as I always do. I have NEVER changed my preferred store. So, I didnt think I had to check to make sure it was still set as Pulaski County Lowes. Get notification my order was ready. Proceed to Pulaski County Lowes to pick it up. Check in ( app should not have let me if I was not at the correct store) and wait. About 10 minutes go by and my husband calls because Lowes called him because they said I wasnt there. So, I go in and look. After a few choice words, I tell my husband "We'll, I guess I am going to Christiansburg ", which by the way is 3 towns and a County away from where I live. I get to Christiansburg and because they marked it as picked up, I had to go inside. Obviously, I was upset. As I was explaining to the girl what was going on, I tossed my phone on the counter so she could see my order. A shift supervisor walked over and took my phone, walked over to the printer and printed out a big stack of papers and brought them back with my order. Instead of trying to calm down an already upset customer, she just says "here's your order" and shoves the papers at me. I tell her I dont need the papers and give them back to her. I turn to walk away and she throws her arms out and says in a very condescending tone "you have yourself a very nice day". Her name was Sandra at the Return counter. I turn back around and tell her she can lose the attitude and she proceeds to argue with me. I walk over to the self checkout and ask to speak to the store manager and who walks around the corner, running her mouth? Sandra. I tell her repeatedly I was not going to talk to her and to get out of my face. She didnt realize Don, the assistant store manager was standing right behind her. I told her again I was not talking to her, that I would speak to him and pointed at the assistant manager. It was only then that she stopped talking to me. But, she tried to make me look like I was in the wrong before I had a chance to speak to him. Last check, I am the customer. I was the one grossly put out and had a right to be upset. I seriously doubt the assistant manager did anything and I seriously doubt yall will either.
