This is the most unprofessional and rude employee I have ever come across at this Lowe's. I'm a long time Lowe's customer and come here frequently. This employee was outside collecting carts, mind you he had just approached the stall and had not started pushing carts together yet. I walked over there with my 2 year old and said "Can I grab one of these carts please" to which he responded by rolling his eyes and shoving a cart at me. He then said "are you going inside Lowe's because there are carts inside" I replied that I was going to the garden section and his response was "well never mind then" with so much attitude. The respect and professionalism is lacking severely. This is the last thing people with children should have to deal with, especially in a busy parking lot when you're just trying to get your child in a cart quick.

I spent around $5,500 with Lowe’s to replace two exterior doors—converting my French back door into a custom sliding glass door and replacing my kitchen exterior door. What should have been an exciting home improvement project has turned into nearly four months of frustration.
My sales representative, Nathan Wolfe, quoted the project for early to mid-May, with the possibility of installation by the end of May. Because the sliding glass door was custom, I understood it might take a little longer. Instead, the doors weren’t even delivered until July 11, and installation didn’t begin until July 13.
After the installers spent about two hours installing the back door, they informed me they couldn’t install the kitchen door because the factory manufactured the wrong size, despite Lowe’s having the correct measurements. This wasn’t a measuring error—it was a manufacturing error.
Since signing the contract, I’ve made what feels like 50 phone calls trying to get updates. Nearly four months later, I still don’t have a kitchen door. I was recently told it hasn’t even been reordered yet, and once it is, it’ll still be several more weeks before installation.
To make matters worse, the sliding door installation itself was poorly finished. There’s a large gap where the interior trim meets the wall, and it appears the drywall was damaged or torn out during installation. The exposed wood can’t simply be painted over, leaving me with an unfinished, unprofessional-looking result.
For a project costing thousands of dollars, the communication, scheduling, quality control, and workmanship have all been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Lowe’s or Home Installation Experts for door replacement projects. Spend the extra money and go with a reputable local contractor—you’ll likely save yourself months of headaches and receive much better service.
