What's going on with Halloween decorations being so EVIL? Halloween was never evil before. It was fun. It was supposed to be spooky and a little scary, FUN...but not evil. I used to be annoyed by the religious folks who thought Halloween was evil when my kids were young - back when it hadn't been taken over so badly yet. But now today, 30 later, I can say yeah, it's looking evil and we should not be participating in that. Spooky, fun, happy YES. EVIL...... HELL NO

Second time a delivery had an issue.
The third party delivery company you use picked up my items - then did not deliver then at all. They took a picture from the road of my home and proceeded on with their day.
When I called customer service, I was told 24-48 hours for a resolution. That unacceptable when I ordered them yesterday because I needed them yesterday.
I was also told I would need to buy the items AGAIN until your investigation is finished. I never received a call from your local ecommerce manager for an update.
LTV is a common metric in retail, I have purchased A LOT from Lowes in my lifetime and I won't be spending a single cent on product from them in the future due to the awful experience I've had with your ecommerce. I'll take my business to home depot and Amazon, who can generally be depended upon for services they provide.
I will now have to let my client know I need to move their project to an alternative day because Lowes wasn't dependable or responsive to an issue with their delivery that wasn't even supposed to be delivered...

This review is for the paint department:
Went in to this particular Lowe’s to get Zinsser Perma-White Satin White Interior Paint Paint + Primer. Asked the individual at the paint desk if they could tint it, and he came back with “it’s a primer you can’t tint it”. The label clearly states that it is paint and primer and that it is tintable in clear letters. Anyway the individual at the paint desk then stated that it’s not in their system to allow them to tint it. Then proceeded to try and sell me a different kind/brand of paint that “can be tinted”.
Maybe update your system and/or your customer service cause on the Lowe’s website there are literally reviews and pictures of this same paint that has been tinted.
