- AWApril WhittleMay 11, 20261.0I brought a maytag top load washer 6 years ago and was supposed had 10 years warranty with it. and they don't even let know that common problems with the drum with suspension rod and spider arm issues. I had called maytag customer service and they gave me onetime deal to fix it. Maytag are not good anymore they used to be the best brand to buy for quality. Good quality appliance liked a washer is Samsung brands that they are know to last longer and have 20 years warranty on it. I'm not pleased with the maytag washer especially only 2 people uses it.

Her name Aleia I believe could not see her name tag well. When I questioned a price she said “do you have proof?” Then I was told I had to go to customer service if I wanted a refund. The product I bought was not labeled correctly. Sale sign completely in wrong place. Nobody cared. Customer service I received from 3 different employees ranked a zero. Hello Home Depot.

I attempted to purchase fifteen 12-foot boards and was told they could not be cut because the 'only' person who does the cutting had left. This is despite the fact that the same associate assisted me with cutting just 24 hours ago. It is evident he simply did not want to handle a larger order. This laziness cost the store a sale and cost me a significant amount of wasted time since I had to take the boards back to the register area to do a return. I ended going to Home Depot next door, get the purchase and cutting done without a problem.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
