Tuesday, June 30, 3 PM. Half the lights are off in Lowe’s to save energy and it’s so dark I can’t even read the labels in the plumbing section. Also employees must go to hibernation when the lights are off. I couldn’t find anybody for 15 minutes to cut a piece of PVC pipe. I already have to ring my own items and check myself out in order to make a purchase, so don’t make me go looking for stuff with the flashlight on my phone!! With the amount of money we spend at Lowe’s, you would think they would leave the lights on for its customers!! 🤬 I bet Home Depot‘s lights are on….

Ordered online at 11 o’clock said pick up would be ready at two went at four order was still not ready. Three items… Spoke to the manager who could’ve cared less today. Told me I could cancel the order pick it myself and then go purchase it, and when I suggested he go get it for me he informed me that wasn’t part of his job! I guess my business will go next-door to Home Depot since Lowe’s does not care! This review will be posted to all of my social media. Also, please stop using Lowe’s! At least the one on Battlefield Boulevard.

I have attempted multiple times to call Lowes in Chesapeake about an estimate we needed to purchase their Pella pato doors for our home. The Lowes Associate said someone would contact us..that was 6/13/2026..
.to date no one has contacted us as of 6-24- 2026 I have attempted several times to reach an associate at Lowes and NO ONE answers the phone. Their AI system is useless and it's almost as if their employees don't want to be bothered to actually answer the phone. At this point we'll call their competition as I am not going to beg to spend hard earned money with them!! 😡

My visit here was extremely unpleasant.. I went to get cleaning supplies for my business and they young ladies I didn't get their named was super rude the customer service was totally unprofessional well you are not really expected to be "professional" at Lowes but atleast Nice!!. No stars are deserved but I had to select atleast one to leave a review. No need to detail my experience just know that Lowes needs to brush up on the training and people skill they are really lacking..
