  RIP OFF company. Will take money before they complete job and if they leave after checking out the system they will charge you again and again and again to fix what they say works. They have gotten money hungry. Will use another company - they claim they are the cheapest out there but not really if you count them making more service calls to get more money. Come back, come back come back $$

  Update - Owner quickly followed up on this review. Owned the situation and offered to quickly remedy the situation. Stuff happens, I get that, and he didn’t make excuses which I appreciate. Still a great experience on the initial install and seems like they care about the customer experience, especially when it isn’t great. Will consider using them again post owner outreach. ——— Hired them to install sprinkler system in our front yard. They did a decent job. When our budget allowed an extension to our backyard, I called to get a quote. They were initially responsive. I took time off work to be at my house to meet them. Rep came out. Nice enough. I guess he looked at the property. Left the system box in garage wide open with wires sticking out. Gate barely closed. Never heard back from them. I get the job might not be profitable enough to be worth it but at least tell me upfront and have the decency to leave the place how you found it. Disappointing, especially after a decent first experience.

  I cannot recommend them enough. Honest about lead time, relayed very detailed direction and to a well informed field crew. Professional. Clean. On time. You would have never known they dug up the yard to lay additional irrigation. Even laid grass seed down. Job very well done!

  We have been using Heads Up to take care of our sprinklers system, annual winterization as well as our annual VB back flow testing since 2015. We highly recommend them for all of you irrigation and inspections needs.

  I've had two systems installed over the past 16 years at two different houses , both systems still work just like day one .. Excellent install and great customer service ...
