  I’m sorry to say that I did not have a good experience with this company Richard Forrest Exterminating. I used their services 10 years ago and returned to them since at the time they did a good job. July 28, 2026, the termite inspector Sean was 3 1/2 hrs late, and when I inquired why he was arriving so late without notice, said his phone was in the truck so couldn’t call me and stating he was under a house the whole time, did not call or text to say he was on his way or that he had arrived, just strolled onto the property like nothing was amiss. He had alcohol on his breath and while he walked around the inside of the house, he pushed on various parts of the wall with dirty hands, leaving marks all over freshly painted walls. I requested he wash his hands after he had done so 5-6 times. Earlier, when I called the main number after the appointment time had come and go, no one answered the phone and no one returned my call. I called a second time half an hour after that and again, no return call, no answer to the phone. To this day, which has now been 2 weeks later, I have still not received a phone call from the main company with any explanation or apology. Also note when I sent a pic of a remaining insect at the one month mark after their treatment in May, there was no response to a guarantee request. Switching companies because I don’t trust his findings.
