I am a new customer and so far it has been a very smooth process and very professional staff online as well the manager on site. The manager on site went out of her way to make sure my unit was unlocked on a day the office was closed. I really appreciated her for that.

Pushy reps that drive around in their carts and badger you into leaving reviews for them. If this is some sort of corporate mandate to harass customers to get reviews, it sucks.
In addition we're getting yet another rate increase, but about half the time they can't even keep the main gate in operational order. Would be nice to see some sort of justification on why they keep jacking up rates when the money is clearly not going to property maintenancen or improvements for customers.
