The representative (believe his name was Kadeem) was fantastic. I had first booked at the wrong storage place. I needed climate controlled and when I saw the unit I had rented, I discovered it wasn't. He not only canceled my reservation but he checked the other sites to find what I needed. Great and friendly service.
