They did a wonderful job. They were quick moving heavy furniture - it was a tight and efficient operation. The scheduling was very clear. The communication was excellent. The folks who came to the house were positive and enthusiastic. They didn't judge for all of my animals, haha. It was great. We will use them again in a few years when we need the service. They were also very affordable and didn't harass us later with an attempt to upsell on something else.

Do you remove pet odors?
Yes, pet odor elimination is among our specialized services. We employ specific treatments that eliminate and neutralize pet odors rather than merely masking them. Our process is completely safe for pets, children, and delicate rugs. Please be aware that rugs with cloth backings can be cleaned but not deodorized, as the deodorizing process may dissolve the adhesive holding the rug together. We will proceed with cleaning if you understand this limitation.
Do you offer rug pick up and delivery?
Yes, we provide pickup and delivery services throughout the greater Charlottesville region for your convenience. Our pickup/delivery area extends within approximately a 30-minute drive from 605 Cami Lane. These services are scheduled on Fridays between 8am and 2pm. While we attempt to accommodate your time preferences, we cannot guarantee specific time slots. Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks. Pickup and delivery are complimentary for rug cleaning orders exceeding $300. For orders under $300, a flat $300 minimum service fee applies.
How long does rug cleaning take?
The majority of rugs are completed within 2 weeks, depending on the cleaning level required. We will inform you of the estimated completion timeline when you drop off your rug or schedule a pickup.
