  It’s so helpful that this storage unit location has staff on-site every weekday during business hours! In a time where so many businesses are going digital-only for customer service, the availability of real-time, real-person assistance really sets this business apart. Every staff person I interacted with was so friendly and kind, answered all my questions, and was super understanding (I had to stay an extra day or two into a new month, and they made an exception to their usual no-pro-rating rule to make sure my move-out process went as smoothly as possible). The units themselves are clean and accessible (all ground-level). I stored items in a climate-controlled unit for a year, and never saw any signs of mice or other damage. Plus, the ongoing presence of staff on-site made me feel extra secure about the safety of my belongings (and my own safety when checking on my unit). Would recommend this place to those looking for a storage unit!

  They did a horrible job clearing the snow leaving a good portion of the units inaccessible for nearly 2 weeks. We were unable to access our unit at all during that time and there was zero attempt to fix it.

  Staff was very helpful with set up, and called me right back when I had a billing question. Price was competitive. Space was clean, dry and easily accessible by U-Haul truck.
