Had a curbside order ready for pick up. I checked into the app 30 minutes prior to getting to the store when I get to the store I’ll let them know my parking spot number sat out there in the heat for 25 minutes. I eventually walked in because I was like this is beyond crazy at this point and on the app it continuously said have patience. We are behind. I proceed in the store. There were four associates at the register one claim they had no curbside order. I proceeded to tell them that I called the store and then I got no answer. They were all clueless.. smh

Ordered a washing machine from here, Ashley called and asked if we would take a new washing machine without the box for a discounted rate. I said yes! Washer was delivered looking used with dings and scratches. Tried to call this store over and over again to not only secure discount at the beginning after she had left a voicemail but to also inquire about discount as it was not applied at all. No answer or phone would hang up. Took an hour or more to get an answer. Then after washer was delivered damaged there was no offer to fix mistake just we can pick machine up on Saturday. Horrible customer service. At this point asked for a refund and will order from Home Depot!

I never write negative reviews, but hopefully someone over there will see it and actually care. Been to this Lowe's several times and it's always a bad experience. Went to the garden center looking for two specific plants and nobody would help me. They kept pointing to where they could be and acted like I was a bother to them. I walked around for over 30 minutes looking where they pointed and couldn't find. I asked to please show me, but they kept pointing. Horrible service, I'll drive out of my way to go to Ruckersville instead. The staff there care. Variety is fantastic, but not being an avid gardener, I need some help navigating. Will never shop at this Lowe's again. Worst customer service of any Lowe's I've ever been to.

Ordered a laser level yesterday that was in stock for store pick up that I need for a job tomorrow. Showed up tonight to get it and its not ready. Woman at the pickup counter says I can go grab it and bring it to her and she can ring me out. Except its behind a locked door and there isn't a single Lowes employee nearby. Walk back to the counter and she tells me to go back and she'll call someone. Wait another 15 minutes and nobody shows. I left.
Watch, the auto response below will say how sorry they are that I had that experience and that I should call some random number for help. No thank you, I'll just buy it from Amazon and save $75
