- MKMichelle KaplanSep 12, 20265.0I had an excellent experience at this location! I did my research online so had an idea of what I wanted to purchase. But there’s nothing like the in-store experience. The team was super helpful and built out exactly what I had pictured in my mind. The process was quick, easy, and no pressure for add-ons. I even made a last minute change after the order was processed. Which can be annoying to employees, but no, they were so kind about it! I would definitely go back to this location and highly recommend to everyone. Thank you to the Charlottesville team! I can wait to get my new sectional. I truly believe it’s an investment for anyone with pets/children.
- AHAmerisa HoffmanApr 30, 20265.0We just got to work with Zack for a second time to recover and add to our current couch. His knowledge as well as personality are phenomenal! It’s always a positive experience!
- AIAmy InskeepJan 12, 20255.0We stopped by the Lovesac store in Charlottesville, VA recently just to check it all out. We were looking to replace a couch and loveseat in our room that no longer has the same color scheme. Andrew immediately welcomed us to the store and explained he was here to help out but feel free to look around. No pressure at all. He was a pure joy to work with. Needless to say, we bought and are looking forward to the comfy atmosphere this furniture will provide.
- DPDiana PhamJul 9, 20245.0Great customer service! Tony was super patient with my husband and I. Not once did he pressure us to make a decision quickly and let us think about it after the fact.
