  We stopped by the Lovesac store in Charlottesville, VA recently just to check it all out. We were looking to replace a couch and loveseat in our room that no longer has the same color scheme. Andrew immediately welcomed us to the store and explained he was here to help out but feel free to look around. No pressure at all. He was a pure joy to work with. Needless to say, we bought and are looking forward to the comfy atmosphere this furniture will provide.

Zack guided us through the store with the enthusiasm of a kid in a candy shop, yet with the expertise of a seasoned connoisseur. Each LoveSac was presented not just as a piece of furniture but as a gateway to an epic adventure of comfort. It was as if Zack had a PhD in Comfortology, with a minor in Laughter. His product knowledge was impressive, his jokes were side-splitting, and his ability to match a LoveSac to our personal needs was nothing short of wizardry.   Easy to complain. Easy to forget great service. I simply want to acknowledge GREAT customer care. I had never been in a Lovesac. Fell in love with their product and look forward to buying as soon as our construction project gets close to finished. Juan knew I am several months away from buying. But he took time to make sure I had all my questions answered. I guess what made Juan so good at customer service is I sensed genuine pride in Juan about the product he represents. I actually asked him if he owned the store. The store manager, Tony, heard some of the conversation and soon we had a three way conversation going that represented a genuine belief and pride in their company. No hard sales. Just a very professional and personal presentation. They truly represent the company with excellence. Thank you Juan and Tony!
