But he took time to make sure I had all my questions answered. I guess what made Juan so good at customer service is I sensed genuine pride in Juan about the product he represents. I actually asked him if he owned the store. The store manager, Tony, heard some of the conversation and soon we had a three way conversation going that represented a genuine belief and pride in their company. No hard sales.
