  It pains me to give a one star review, but I don’t know what else to do. The Ferguson showroom in Charlottesville is beautiful and some of the people very skilled. We had a very large construction job and we ordered our high-end appliances with the help of the sales team. Although there were delays and confusion about some items, everything eventually got sorted. Less than two months of a high-end beverage refrigerator being plugged in and completely died. We’ve called the showroom, but no one returns the call. We have reached out to the sales representative, multiple times now who says that they (technicians) must not have our correct phone number although it’s is on all of our purchase orders - not to mention at the bottom of all our emails, alerting them to the problem. We were told by the sales rep we can’t get a new one, even though it is clearly a lemon. This still goes unresolved and we have yet to hear from anyone after spending a fortune for supposedly high-end products. I have left messages, let’s see if this one star review can get anyone’s attention.

  We had an excellent experience with Danielle, showroom consultant, and Emily, showroom manager. We had an ongoing issue with a large appliance. The issue was not Ferguson’s fault, but after exhausting all avenues for repair, we reached out to Ferguson (where we purchased the appliance) for assistance. They took the time to listen, understand our concern, and work with the manufacturer to address the problem. Many kudos to Danielle and Emily for the excellent customer service!

  Like many other honest reviewers, I feel compelled to share the terrible experience with this company and if we could give 0 stars or negative stars that would have been more appropriate. Unfortunately our home builder is tied at the hip to Ferguson and we have been bound to select their services for our lighting needs. The representative in charge of our account has spent maybe 30 minutes of real time during the tedious selection process and all other times was either out sick, family obligation, with other clients or simply unavailable. One would humorously think that perhaps she was the owner with such a busy schedule that we are lucky to get a minute of her time. And sadly the way things work is that you are bound to a representative that handles your account in full and when someone else tries to help, which you get run-around prior to getting someone else, they only refer the information back to your main rep and then the run-around starts again lol. Perhaps for multi-millionaires they make more time for you, but the lowly rest can get the crumbs.. If you are not bound to use them, go elsewhere.. Pro-tip: you can find the same items on Amazon for 1/3 or less cost.
